ESTIMATION OF ENERGY DISTRIBUTION IN MECHANICAL ALLOYING OF THE SYSTEMS Cu-3Wt. %Cr AND Cu-3WT. %Mo
Abstract
Energy values that are transferred as crystalline defects during the mechanical alloying process on powder of the Cu-Cr and Cu-Mo systems and energy dissipated by heat flow of vials in SPEX mill were estimated. The results indicate that the transferred energy values to metallic powders for creating crystalline defects are rather smaller (around two orders of magnitude) than the energy value supplied by the mill.Downloads
